There are no known harmful effects to sweating with implants.
Clients typically do not show a claustrophobic reaction to infrared blankets, as your head still remains outside the blanket at all times, and the blanket can easily be opened. We also have TV’s to help preoccupy your mind. If you feel the need to discontinue your session, you can easily remove yourself from the blanket and end your session or use the call button to alert a staff member. If you do not want to use the infrared blankets for this reason, we have the option of the infrared sauna which can give you the same benefits.
Sweating is 100% natural and healthy. There are no known risks associated with infrared heat. It is actually used in modern day medicine in cases such as newborn baby incubation and treatments for first responders after heavy chemical exposure.

Yes and we have a shower provided, however recommend waiting for at least two hours. Here’s why: Your body will continue to detoxify hours after your visit until it returns to normal temperature. Showering (even in the hottest water) will bring your body back to normal temperature, which halts the process and cheats you of the continued benefits.
Can I sweat while on my menstrual cycle?

We do recommend to eat something light at least two hours prior to your session. However don’t go overboard. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! It is important to be sufficiently hydrated prior to your sweat session. We will not accept patients that appear to be intoxicated, as it is unsafe to sweat while under the influence of alcohol.
Long pants, long sleeve shirt, cotton or cotton blend, socks, something that can get sweaty. If you don’t want to get your own clothing sweaty, we provide clothing that you can borrow. Please remove all jewelry and accessories.
Infrared treatments are safe and can be done everyday. However, we will allow the blanket therapy only once is a day and the sauna sessions will be a max of 50 minutes in a day.
